We’re currently seeking a proven marketing executive with 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency marketing setting to join our team in Bangkok near BTS Bang Wa.
As an agency marketing executive, you will act as the primary marketing lead for all agency and client marketing initiatives. This includes providing in-depth research, planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and tons more.
You should have a strong understanding of marketing and advertising & be able to flawlessly develop & communicate ideal agency messaging in person, online, & on video. Bonus points if you have a background in brand strategy. Ideally, you’ll also have a degree in marketing, advertising or communication and/or solid & verifiable work experience in an agency or corporate marketing role.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute results-driven integrated marketing campaigns for agency and clients across hospitality, b2b & consumer.
- Research, develop & produce in-depth marketing collateral for the agency working hand in hand with the graphic design team.
- Act as a primary communicator for the agency in all public settings, including events, interviews, exhibitions, meetings.
- Write case studies on past agency marketing, advertising, and design projects to be presented in both web and print.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, marketing plans, & ROI forecasts for agency & clients.
- Act as marketing lead for all prospect and client meetings with the sales team & assist in accounts management at times
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with outside partners and assist clients with external sponsorships and partnerships
- Own the new business process from a marketing perspective including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation.
- Responsible for sourcing, hiring & supervising local project-based freelancers.
- Complete other tasks as directed by the agency
Skill Requirements:
- Strong command of verbal & written English with experience in communicating with foreign clients in meetings, pitches & written emails.
- Fundamental understanding of value-based marketing (inbound)
- Extensive knowledge of current events, industry news, and trends to effectively communicate big ideas and trends to clients
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- B.S/B.A/M.B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field AND/OR 3+ years of Real-world experience in an agency or corporate brand
- Highly resourceful, proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
- Show strong initiative with the ability to self manage and organize daily tasks and long-term planning
- Local & International travel may be required at times

- Base Salary Range: ฿ 25,000-30,000 per month
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Working Hours: 0900-17:00 MON-SAT
