We’re looking for a sales & account executive with a proven track record of successful account management for both Thai & English speaking clients with the ability to get deals done.
To do well in this role you must be a great communicator with a likable personality that understands the power of consultative selling and relationship management.
– Approach business development with the mindset of a consultant & trusted advisor rather than a pushy salesman/woman.
– Work well independently with minimal daily guidance & possess the drive to pursue the sales objectives.
-Experience dealing with executives and business owners, giving sales presentations, preparing proposals for prospective clients, and most importantly, closing deals.
-Available for travel within greater Bangkok on a regular basis, nationwide & internationally occasionally. (Owning a car is not required).
The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, contacting, presenting & selling a variety of agency services to business owners & senior management. Some of our services include brand strategy, brand design, marketing, graphic design, websites, and advertising.
You will represent the agency in all prospective sales operations, including responding to client inquiries, traveling to client’s offices and giving presentations, talking with clients on the phone or email, preparing proposals, following up, closing the deal, and managing relationships after the onboarding process. Account management may also be required at times.
-Meet with clients in person, over the phone, and through email to win new business (Occasional local & international travel required)
-Prepare sales presentations and reports on client business solutions
-Research, develop & understand customer needs and requirements
-Proactively check in with clients to stay top of mind and manage the relationship while also periodically upselling new services
-Generate referrals, follow up, and close new business.
-Manage the overall performance objectives, expectations, and progress of the secured accounts and projects
-Prospect, Find & Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
-Proven sales and or account management in an agency setting, B2b, hospitality, real estate or other .high ticket markets would be ideal & advantageous
-Charismatic and charming with likable personality & ability to LISTEN to clients & offer the best fitting solutions.
-Strong presentations skills with the ability to pitch executives on agency services
-Good Written & Verba Thai & l English Communication (Chinese a Plus)
-Minimum of 3+ Years Experience in Sales with Proven Track Record of Closing -Deals (Premium item sales experience preferred but not required)
-Ability to adapt selling style to align with agency positioning (value-based approach)
-Working knowledge of marketing and advertising preferred but not required
-Marketing/Advertising agency experience is a plus but not required, we can train the right person and provide them everything they need to know.
-Quick to respond to communications from clients via email, phone, in person, or messaging apps (within the hour)
– 2 Month Full Time Trial Period – Then Full Time for Successful Candidate
-Base salary of ฿20-40k per month depending on experience +5% Commission of monthly sales!
