The Situation

The Hub Cafe & Eatery already solved the first SEO challenge: they dominated branded searches, had strong reviews (4.7+ stars), and enjoyed loyalty from existing customers.

The Challenge

When we began in October 2025, The Hub’s actual search visibility told a brutal story:

  • “Koh Samui Breakfast” (590 searches/month): Position #25 (page 3 – invisible)
  • “Best Breakfast Places”: Position #32 (page 4 – might as well not exist)
  • “Brunch Koh Samui” (260 searches/month): Position #34 (page 4)
  • “Lamai Breakfast” (880 searches/month): Not ranking at all
  • “Koh Samui Cafes” (140 searches/month): Position #20 (page 2-3)

Meanwhile, competitors with worse food, worse reviews, and less appealing venues captured all this traffic simply because they appeared on page one.

The objective: Break The Hub into five high-volume category verticals and capture those 3,230+ monthly searches in 90 days.
